Karan Kharb

Author of two international bestsellers on leadership development with Gita and Vedic lacings (‘Made to Lead’ and ‘Lead to Succeed’), Karan Kharb is a well-known author. His books have been translated in Russian and other European languages.

Besides commanding an infantry battalion in high altitude operational areas, he has been an instructor at the Indian Military Academy, Dehradun. He has also served in the National Security Guard (‘Black Cat Commandos’) where he led a number of special commando missions.

He has lectured and written extensively on subjects as varied as Defence and National Security, history, culture, Vedic philosophy, Yoga and human behaviour. His Noida based NGO – ‘Utkarsh’-The Turning Point – is engaged in social development activities with focus on evolving a truly casteless, secular and nationalist society. 


Tannaaz Irani


Tannaaz Irani functions as Editor for Turning Point Publishers. Shrewd and quick in spotting invisible errors and incongruities in the language vis-à-vis theme and context, she has edited over a hundred books including some authored by celebrity authors in India and abroad. She is an astute editor and delivers an all-encompassing editorial advice for books in her charge. Eloquently fluent in English and having a legal and social sciences background, Tannaaz has the rare ability to accentuate the impact in prose and enhance the appeal of the author’s content. Her editing is always interactive where the Author and Publisher are an integral part of the Editorial process.

 An alumnus of St. Xavier’s College Mumbai from where she graduated in Sociology and Psychology, Tannaaz also commands enviable reputation in the legal fraternity being an LL.B from Government Law College, Mumbai. She lives in Mumbai with her family.


Palashpriya Bose Jaiswal

Mrs Palashpriya Bose Jaiswal, Editor & Publishing Advisor at Turning Point Publishers has been an accomplished writer and editor in the Indian media. Starting her career as a Copy Editor she soon climbed higher pedestals of reputation in writing and editing. Besides freelancing as a journalist with some of India's leading periodicals and newspapers including The Times of India, she has also worked as Sub-editor and Editorial Co-ordinator with The Hindustan Times.  

Armed with an enviable First-Class Masters in English Literature, she went on to excel in diverse fields as well, ie, another Masters degree in International Relations; PGDM in Mass Communication and Journalism; a basic course in Spanish Language from Instituto Cervantes, New Delhi; NTT and PTT Diploma from Lal Bahadur Shastri Education Society, New Delhi and Rock climbing course from Institute of Exploration, Kolkata!

Palash was awarded the ‘Best Cadet in West Bengal & Sikkim, 1997’ by Governor, West Bengal. She was awarded the 6th ‘All India Best Cadet Award’ in Republic Day NCC Competition, 1997.  She represented India in Bangladesh as part of the ‘Youth Exchange Programme in 1997.

A philanthropist at heart, Palash has also worked with dedication at CanSupport – an NGO in the service of cancer patients.    

In her literary pursuits, Palash is driven by her quest for Excellence which reflects through her blogs at www.palashpriya.blogspot.in and her contribution to various websites such as womensweb, blogadda, IndiBlogger and so on.
